Champaign Regional Speedskating (CRS) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation, and our mission is to help our community experience and enjoy the sport of speedskating. Between September and March, we skate at the University of Illinois Ice Arena. During the summer, we do off-ice fitness training. All are welcome.  

We serve our community by providing educational and competitive programs to support and develop amateur speedskating skills and competitors. 

We foster national speedskating competitions, and our annual Land of Lincoln event in February is considered the birth place of what has become Olympic Short Track Speedskating. 

We welcome our community to come and join us. Speedskating is a great sport for the entire family, for skaters of all ages and abilities.
